Quick Guide for Leather

So you just purchased your first pair of boots, holster, or leather bag? Now what!?
In the beginning, the leather is going to be and should be very stiff, this is a good thing. The leather is new and fresh and will take some time and good use to start softening up. Eventually, the leather will mold to your body and the way to wear it. Over years it will naturally lighten or darken in color based on what it absorbs. Most people enjoy the patina look that aged leather has.
We recommend every 6-12 months to apply a simple leather conditioner with a horsehair brush to your boots or bags. This will help it maintain its natural oils and moisture, and extend the life of the leather.
