Event Booth Assistant (Sales & Festival Support)

Type: Part-time / Seasonal • Hours vary by event • On-site only

The Event Booth Assistant helps represent El Gato Montes at festivals, markets, and shows. This role requires commitment, reliability, and the ability to show up fully—events often involve long days, early load-ins, and busy sales periods. You'll assist with the full setup and breakdown of the booth, help create an engaging display, and support the Road Manager throughout the event.

Once the booth is open, your main focus will be customer interaction and sales. You'll greet visitors, share product details, help customers try on pieces, answer questions, and process purchases. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, feels comfortable guiding customers through their shopping experience, and can maintain a warm, enthusiastic energy throughout the day.

This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, dependable, and excited to be part of a creative, handcrafted brand. Experience is preferred—strong communication and sales skills, a good attitude, and a commitment to follow through on scheduled event days.
