We hand-pack and ship every order with care.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping: $12 flat rate via USPS or UPS
- Tracking number provided once your order ships
- In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days
- Custom and made-to-order items: 4-6 week lead time before shipping
International Shipping
- $35 flat rate to all eligible countries
- Customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes upon delivery
- Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days after shipment
Lead Time on Custom Orders
All custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted by hand and require 4-6 weeks of production time before shipping. You'll receive an update when production starts and another when your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
In-Stock Items
- 14-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Refund to original payment method, store credit, or exchange — your choice
- Customer responsible for return shipping
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
- Custom orders are final sale
