• Can I send you my own stone? No, we work only with our curated stone selection so we can guarantee size, fit, and finish.
• Can I preview the stones before you set them? No, each stone is unique and chosen at production time. You select the stone type; we pick the best individual piece from our supply.
• Are custom orders refundable? No, custom orders are final sale. Please review your selections carefully before checkout.

Each custom piece is made to order and ships in 4-6 weeks. You will receive an update when production starts and again when your order ships, via USPS or UPS with tracking.

Condition with leather balm every 3-6 months. Keep away from prolonged moisture. If your piece gets wet, let it air dry naturally. The leather will develop a patina over time, which is normal and part of the handmade character.
